Description
Broadcom is hiring a Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and deliver ultra-high-performance electronic products. The role owns the full EE hardware lifecycle, including BOM creation, circuit and board design, development, validation, customer trials, field issues, and sustained production. The engineer will collaborate with hardware, ASIC, signal, mechanical, thermal, diagnostic, packaging, manufacturing, and partner engineering teams, and may provide technical leadership to a small design team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least five years of experience, with expertise in advanced silicon and packaging, power and thermal issues, high-speed SerDes, and complex product development.
