Description
Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring an Intern (Praktikant) to support the R&D team in developing microwave acoustic process technologies and products. The role involves contributing to CAD tools for acoustic wave devices, process development projects, reliability test campaigns, and result evaluation. It is intended for an undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent discipline, with 0–3 years of working experience, and requires knowledge of wave propagation, radio frequency design, wafer-level and component packaging, and at least one programming language such as C, Matlab, or Visual Basic.
