The role manages recipe formulation, pilot and scale-up production, cost and ingredient sourcing, quality and regulatory compliance, manufacturing troubleshooting, and cross-functional launches. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology, nutrition, or culinary school certification, at least five years of food product development experience in manufacturing, and at least two years in a leadership role. The position offers an annual salary of $130,000 to $155,000 plus benefits and bonus.
