Axon is hiring an R&D Operations Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its engineering organization. The role owns engineering planning, retrospectives, commitments, risks, cross-functional initiatives, tooling, budgets, dashboards, reporting, and AI adoption across Engineering, Research, Product, Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal. Candidates need at least five years of R&D operations, program management, technical program management, or similar leadership experience, along with hands-on technical experience, strong Agile and stakeholder-management skills, and experience with engineering delivery tools.
