Description
The Packaging Engineer will design and develop primary and secondary packaging for Duracell products, with a focus on Lithium Coin and new product packaging. The role covers material and structural development, packaging prototyping, testing, qualification, technical specifications, vendor and supplier coordination, manufacturing optimization, cost and lead-time improvement, and project management. The position requires 2–5 years of Packaging Engineering or Design experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and occasional domestic and international travel.
