Description
Clorox is hiring an R&D Packaging Scientist to develop, test, qualify, and commercialize innovative, sustainable, functional, and cost-effective packaging solutions. The role partners cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, manages packaging specifications and assembly diagrams, leads pilot and production trials, troubleshoots technical issues, and supports scale-up and product launches. It is a hybrid early-career role for candidates graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 with a relevant engineering or packaging degree, at least a 3.0 GPA, and knowledge of ASTM testing methods and ArtiosCAD and TOPS software.
