The Polymer Process Engineer will research and develop polymer processing methods, parameters, materials, equipment, and tooling to support scalable production and commercialization. The role involves process design, manufacturing cost analysis, equipment selection, automation integration, technical implementation support, documentation, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least four years of experience in polymer or automation processes, and experience operating melt-processing equipment in a manufacturing environment. The position offers a compensation range of $82,000 to $123,500, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and requires up to 20% domestic and international travel.
