PCI Pharma Services is hiring a Galenic Development Operator I to perform laboratory-scale formulation development, scale-up, and manufacturing process development. The role manages the Galenic Development laboratory, executes scale-up and validation protocols, participates in formula optimization, maintains and calibrates laboratory instrumentation, supports manufacturing and validation batches, collaborates with production personnel, and helps manage laboratory organization, cleaning, and apprentice training in accordance with GMP, FDA, and company quality and safety standards.
