Rangeview is hiring two Process Development Engineers for its R&D team in El Segundo, California. The role owns the maturation of manufacturing processes from technical demonstration through production transfer, including experimental design, statistical analysis, process controls, qualification, risk mitigation, documentation, and production support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of manufacturing or process development experience, and strong applied statistical and troubleshooting skills. The position is onsite, requires extended hours or weekends as needed, and offers $108,000–$154,000 annually plus equity and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
