Description
Clorox is hiring a Product and Process Development Scientist to lead next-generation litter product and process development for Fresh Step and related pet-litter brands. The role involves evaluating raw materials, processing approaches, performance, manufacturability, cost, and scalability; designing and executing technical tests; translating consumer and business needs into technical design criteria; and partnering with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. The position is based in Clorox’s Pleasanton, California office with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office per week.
