The role leads the GOX government-funded program, manages budgets and federal compliance, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, oversees intellectual property, and develops engineering, scientific, and technical resources. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, science, or technical field, at least three years of experience managing engineers, scientists, and technicians, government-contract experience, and familiarity with semiconductor materials, instrumentation, and related software. The listed salary is $145,000–$155,000, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
