ABB is hiring an R&D Project Manager for its High Power Division in Beijing, China. The role leads and coordinates complex new-product-development projects from medium-voltage cabinet development through testing, certification, productization, and rollout to full-volume production. Responsibilities include end-to-end project planning, resource and stakeholder management, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and performance oversight, and use of KPIs to detect deviations. The position requires a master’s degree or higher, experience leading R&D NPD projects or teams, and at least three years of project management or product development experience; frequency converter development, PPAP, APQP, communication, and English fluency are also mentioned.
