ABB is hiring an onsite Building Automation R&D Software Engineer for its Smart Building division in China. The role designs and develops upper-level building automation software, including BACNET-based system integration, microservice backends, cross-platform Electron desktop applications, React/Vue interfaces, device management, data storage, alarm processing, and system testing. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years of software development experience in building or industrial automation, and expertise in BACNET, industrial protocols, Electron, microservices, databases, and deployment technologies. The position reports to the R&D Department/Local Unit Lead SBBA China and offers competitive benefits.
