Bosch is hiring an R&D Specification & Software Engineer to join its air-to-water heat pump development design team in Vacarisses, Spain. The role covers defining product and system requirements, developing and validating embedded software and control algorithms for microcontrollers and communication interfaces, supporting prototype validation, and collaborating with electronics, electrical, and control engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in software or electronic engineering, software development experience, data analysis and statistical methods, engineering design knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Vacarisses.
