NitroCapt is hiring a hands-on R&D Test Engineer to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve experimental and pilot-scale process equipment. The role focuses on preparing and executing test runs, collecting and documenting data, managing spare parts and equipment condition, maintaining fluid and mechanical systems, diagnosing operational issues, and collaborating with engineering, process, suppliers, and partners. Candidates need technical education or equivalent experience, at least three years of test or pilot production experience, strong mechanical and process-equipment skills, and excellent English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.
