ABB is hiring an R&D Test Engineer in Bergamo to set up and execute routine product tests, prepare test setups and measuring instruments, connect devices under test, analyze results against applicable standards, document test reports, improve testing techniques, and support customers. The role is onsite, requires a high school diploma or bachelor's degree in an electrotechnical, electrical, or electronic field, knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering, instrumentation, programming, and office software, and availability for rotation shifts. Compensation is based on the Metalmeccanico collective bargaining agreement, with a company-defined package above the minimum annual salary and eligibility for a productivity bonus.
