Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Process Development Engineer focused on dielectric deposition for advanced DRAM devices. The role owns thin-film deposition processes, improves film metrics such as uniformity, conformality, quality, selectivity, and electrical or optical performance, leads cross-functional initiatives, and supports project roadmaps and model-based problem solving. Candidates need a master’s degree or relevant PhD research experience, hands-on thin-film deposition and process-troubleshooting experience, knowledge of ALD, epitaxy, or plasma-based deposition, and experience with DOE, SPC, and materials characterization.
