The Radio Broadcast Operator operates a radio station control board and studio equipment, follows programming and commercial logs, performs Emergency Alert System tests, and supports the successful broadcast of radio programs while complying with applicable laws and FCC regulations. The role requires strong organization, communication, teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma or GED, six months of experience or training, or an equivalent combination is required.
