Takeda is hiring a full-time R2R Process Coordinator in Łódź, Poland, to coordinate the day-to-day execution of Inventory, Intercompany, and General Ledger processes. The role monitors dependencies and workflow status, supports issue resolution and process governance, coordinates stakeholders, and drives standardization and operational improvements. Candidates need a university degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline, three years of accounting experience, knowledge of SAP and Excel, and experience in a BPO or shared services environment. The position offers a base salary of zł138,300.00 to zł190,190.00 and requires occasional afternoon work.
