Description
Rabbit is hiring a Customer Engineer to own technical adoption for enterprise customers across the United States and broader Americas. The role integrates Rabbit into customers’ GCP environments, supports onboarding and configuration, troubleshoots data anomalies and BigQuery cost issues, advises on GCP cost strategy, conducts technical workshops, and relays customer feedback to Product and Engineering. The position requires at least five years of hands-on technical customer-facing experience, deep BigQuery expertise, strong SQL and backend coding ability, production GCP experience, and fluency with agentic coding tools.
