Description
AHEAD is hiring a Rack Assembly Technician to build and cable custom server racks for data centers. The role installs and cables high-performance hardware, follows build documentation, performs visual inspections, interprets bills of materials and sales orders, completes routine builds under supervision, escalates issues, maintains a clean work area, and records completed tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and English skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds; two to three years of electronics manufacturing experience and Microsoft 365 knowledge are preferred. The role works the 2nd shift from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and includes a $3.00 per hour shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
