Dalcom Engineering is hiring a Radar Data Analyst to support U.S. Army radar science and technology efforts at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role analyzes radar and sensor data, evaluates system performance, identifies trends and anomalies, develops reporting workflows, and communicates findings to engineering teams and Government stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least two years of data-analysis experience, DoD SECRET clearance, and proficiency in MATLAB and Microsoft Excel. Preferred qualifications include radar fundamentals, digital signal processing, Python, and automated reporting experience. The salary is $80,000-$130,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
