Description
Kapta Space is hiring a Radar Payload Lead in Seattle, Washington to own the architecture and full lifecycle of a complex electronically-steered radar payload. The role leads requirements, design, prototype builds, qualification, spacecraft integration, on-orbit checkout, manufacturing handoff, and flight readiness; manages a multidisciplinary team; and coordinates with systems engineering, software, GNC, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations. The position requires a STEM degree, 10+ years of complex RF, radar, communications, or space payload hardware experience, 6+ years of engineering leadership, and eligibility for a U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
