Aptiv is hiring an Automotive Radar Software Engineer to develop, test, and evaluate waveforms and signal-processing algorithms for automotive radar systems. The role includes creating verification test plans, collecting and analyzing test data, defining software requirements, preparing documentation and reports, and presenting radar concepts and performance results. Candidates need a master’s degree or Ph.D. in a technical field, at least three years of experience, radar and signal-processing knowledge, and proficiency with computer-based simulation, analysis, MATLAB, or Python. Preferred qualifications include five or more years of radar experience and expertise in machine learning, SAR, MIMO, STAP, compressive sensing, micro-Doppler analysis, super-resolution, spectrum analysis, or object recognition.
