Dalcom Engineering is hiring a Radar Systems Engineer – Technical Lead to support U.S. Army radar science and technology efforts at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role leads technical execution of advanced radar projects, develops modeling and simulation capabilities, plans and supports radar testing, analyzes radar data, and coordinates with Government and contractor teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics, at least 5 years of radar systems engineering experience, 5 years of RF signal and data processing experience, 5 years of RF simulation or test design experience, experience leading RF systems development, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. The position offers a salary of $110,000-$190,000 and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
