Lockheed Martin is hiring a Capability Development Management Director for Radical Interoperability to establish and lead a multi-generational product and capability roadmap for open, resilient, secure mission interoperability across cloud, on-premises, tactical edge, and disconnected environments. The role provides executive leadership, defines product vision and roadmaps, manages multi-year investment portfolios, guides technology teams, develops business cases and funding strategies, oversees innovation and program performance, and builds relationships with external partners and government customers. Candidates need at least 10 years of deep technical capability experience, strong product, systems engineering, and program management expertise, and the position offers a full-time salary of $180,000 to $325,000 depending on geographic zone, along with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
