Description
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a First Line Manager for its RF Engineering team within the RF Front End and Power Design center. The role leads approximately 16–20 engineers and manages the architecture, design, development, testing, documentation, manufacturing support, and performance requirements of high-frequency and microwave RF systems and hardware. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant professional engineering experience, cross-disciplinary team management experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. The full-time salary range is $166,900 to $309,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
