Description

CACI is seeking a full-time Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to support the U.S. Army Research and Technology Integration Directorate’s electronic warfare research and development at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The role evaluates, measures, tests, and characterizes RF and electronic countermeasure systems, including legacy, modern, and emerging technologies; supports hardware-in-the-loop, anechoic-chamber, over-the-air, and field testing; and provides technical briefings and hands-on engagement with Explosive Ordnance Disposal and other military personnel. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, five years of RF or electronic warfare engineering experience, and significant travel, with a proposed salary range of $82,700 to $173,900 USD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of RF or electronic warfare engineering experience
Experience in electronic warfare and radio frequency testing
Experience using hand-held and benchtop RF test equipment
Experience performing standard radio frequency measurements
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD
Experience testing military electronic countermeasure systems
Experience operating and testing military communication systems
Experience testing cellular devices with live or simulated networks
Experience testing electronic warfare systems in anechoic chambers, coaxial closed-loop setups, or outdoor ranges
Working knowledge of electronic warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures
