Description
Dalcom Engineering is seeking a full-time Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to join their team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing algorithms for Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Digital Beam Forming (DBF), and general I/Q processing, implementing these algorithms in C++, integrating them into a distributed simulation environment, and analyzing existing simulation environments to identify gaps and propose courses of action. This role involves communicating findings to leadership, preparing technical reports, writing test procedures, managing code quality, and contributing to system planning.
