Fisica Inc. is hiring an RF Microwave Test Technician for its Randtron business unit in San Leandro, California. The role is 100% onsite and involves setting up and calibrating microwave test equipment, testing and tuning microwave components and products, troubleshooting failures, analyzing antenna data, developing test procedures, and maintaining or fabricating production test equipment. The position requires an AA degree in electronics or two years of specialized trade or military training and/or a high school diploma plus at least six years of related experience, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a future security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The schedule is 9/80 with a flexible first-shift start time of 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and the salary range is $55,500 to $102,500.
