Description
The Quality of Service and Radio Optimization Engineer will support subsidiaries in the REC by conducting RAN engineering studies, monitoring and optimizing 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G radio performance, auditing configurations, managing technology trials, analyzing drive tests and call traces, and operating C-SON automation tools. The role requires 1–10+ years of experience, mobile telecommunications engineering expertise, strong knowledge of radio procedures and 3GPP standards, familiarity with major RAN vendors, drive-test and KPI tools, and fluency in English and French.
