Description
Vodafone is hiring a Mobile Radio Access Network Optimization Engineer to define short- and long-term RAN evolution plans and budgets, analyze network and customer-experience data, identify bottlenecks, and propose coverage, capacity, spectrum, interference, and hardware optimization actions. The role also coordinates new RAN technologies and features and evaluates radio products. Candidates need an MSc in a telecom-related field or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant experience, strong LTE/5G-NR and RAN optimization expertise, and knowledge of RAN architecture, performance management, BI tools, SQL, and field-measurement platforms.
