Description
The Radio Reading Service Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley’s Radio Reading Service, including staffing paid employees and volunteers, broadcast and online streaming systems, program development, scheduling, equipment maintenance, budget management, radio distribution, reporting, and community promotion. The role supervises Program Operators and volunteer staff, requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, and prefers a related bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
