Description
The Radiologic Technologist operates imaging equipment to obtain quality diagnostic images, provides patient education about radiology procedures, and ensures radiology records are processed and documented properly so results are returned timely. The role requires graduation from an A.M.A.-approved radiologic technology school, registry eligibility with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Ohio radiographer licensure, and BLS certification; one to three years of experience is preferred, with at least one year of current experience preferred for PRN positions. The schedule includes variable shifts, a minimum of two shifts per month, and one holiday per year.
