The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic and radiographic examinations using portable x-ray equipment, reviews image quality, conducts electrocardiograms, completes paperwork, monitors equipment, and provides clear communication and patient care while traveling to healthcare facilities. The role requires a radiology certificate or associate’s degree, state certification and ARRT licensure, a valid driver’s license, independent work ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
