Description
Radiologic technologist responsible for obtaining radiography, providing patient care, radiation protection, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Works with nurses and doctors to provide the best care. Duties include radiation safety, image transfer to PACS, patient privacy, equipment maintenance, student supervision, explaining procedures, applying casts/splints, verifying patient information, interpreting orders, assisting with fluoroscopic procedures, and scheduling/billing. Must adapt to clinical settings, know protocols, manage patient flow, and maintain licensure. Associate's degree in radiology and two years of experience required.
