Description
The Radiologic Technologist II performs diagnostic radiographic procedures using ionizing radiation, selects appropriate technical factors, operates imaging equipment, processes films, and assists physicians and patients in the Radiology, Ambulatory Surgery, and Pain Clinic settings. The role requires an approved A.C.R. or JRCERT radiography education, current ARRT certification, specialty-location coverage, and the ability to work varying shifts. Responsibilities also include PACS and RIS workflows, equipment troubleshooting, sterile procedures, customer service, and orientation of new staff.
