Description
This role involves overseeing the timely and accurate execution of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and care management processes, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines such as those set by the Federal government, state laws, and certification bodies. The individual will manage data sets like Minimum Data Set (MDS), track admissions and discharges, and potentially coordinate information systems operations and educational initiatives within the clinical department.
