This role involves managing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and care management processes from admission to discharge, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. The individual will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess resident needs, manage MDS assessments, and ensure accurate data entry and coding.
