Description
The Lead Rail Bike Guide / Supervisor is a seasonal leadership role overseeing daily rail bike operations from April through December. The position supervises and supports Rail Bike Guides, leads safety meetings and operational briefings, coaches staff, performs rail bike maintenance and inspections, supports train operations, and delivers customer service. It requires weekend availability, flexible scheduling, strong communication, cash-handling and ticket-system skills, railroad knowledge, and prior staff-management experience. Two supervisors share coverage for the seven-day-per-week operation, with starting pay of $22.00 per hour.
