Description
HDR is hiring a Rail Construction EIT/Coordinator to support construction managers and inspection teams on mainline, industrial, public agency, yard, and terminal rail projects. The role covers track and civil, structural, facility, utility, drainage, PTC, signal, and communications construction; reviewing and verifying construction schedules; preparing cost estimates and specifications; performing engineering assignments with spreadsheets, databases, and scheduling software; and assisting with project execution. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a closely related field, knowledge of MS Office, Primavera, scheduling software, spreadsheets, and databases, and interest or experience in construction. An EIT certificate is preferred, and candidates hired without one will be titled Coordinator and expected to obtain the EIT for career progression.
