Description
HDR is hiring a Rail Construction EIT/Coordinator to support construction managers and inspection teams on mainline, industrial, public agency, yard, and terminal rail projects. The role involves reviewing and verifying construction schedules, assisting with cost estimates and specifications, performing civil, track, structural, utility, drainage, PTC, signal, and communications work, interpreting construction drawings, using spreadsheets and scheduling software, and coordinating with clerical and technical personnel. An EIT certificate is preferred, while candidates hired without one will be titled Coordinator and expected to obtain the EIT for career progression.
