Movares is hiring a Rail Construction Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and contract-compliant implementation of track and railway construction projects. The role assesses contractors, monitors safety, risks, engineering, schedules, budgets, and quality, coordinates with clients and contractors, supports the coordinating construction supervisor, and advises on safety, design feasibility, contracts, and technical feasibility. The position requires an MBO-4, HBO, or WO qualification in GWW, civil engineering, or a comparable field, strong communication and Dutch proficiency, and an affinity with rail and infrastructure; it offers a full-time salary of €3,500–€6,000 and the prospect of permanent employment.
