TA Services is hiring a full-time Rail Worker to safely load and secure freight onto railcars, operate forklifts and trucks, use pneumatic and gas-powered tools, inspect equipment, follow rail loading and safety regulations, and maintain a clean rail yard. The role requires a swing 4-by-4 schedule, flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays, outdoor exposure, and physical work involving heights, lifting, and tool use. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required, while prior rail yard, warehouse, or industrial experience and forklift operation are preferred. The position pays $19 hourly plus overtime and attendance and safety bonuses, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefits.
