Herrmann Personaldienste GmbH is recruiting a permanent Rail Dispatcher to coordinate rail transport and shunting services across CHEMPARK locations. The role involves accepting customer orders, planning locomotive assignments and train formations, scheduling short-notice routes, processing wagon data in the DB Cargo PVG system, monitoring operational disruptions, and communicating with customers, drivers, wagon masters, and vehicle management. The position offers direct employment, a gross salary of €46,000–€56,000, a 37.5-hour three-shift schedule, and benefits including pension provision and occupational supplementary health insurance.
