Description
PSC Group is hiring a full-time Rail Loader – Switching Technician to perform railcar loading and switching duties in an industrial chemical environment. The role includes inspecting and weighing railcars, connecting loading hoses, planning railcar movements, operating trackmobiles or locomotives, and coordinating with rail teams and customers. Experience is not required because paid on-the-job training is available, but a valid driver’s license or TWIC card may be required depending on the work location. The position requires regular on-site attendance, English fluency, and completion of drug, physical, and background checks. The schedule is Monday through Friday day shift with some weekends required, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, leave, and training programs.
