FlixTrain is hiring a six-month rail-operator trainee to monitor safe passenger transport, provide onboard service, check tickets, support ticket sales, accompany shunting and rolling-stock loading and unloading, and perform technical checks such as rolling-stock inspections and brake tests. The role is based on Frankfurt routes and may involve nationwide travel and overnight stays, with individual night, weekend, or public-holiday shifts. Applicants need a completed vocational qualification, initial professional experience in direct customer contact, very good German skills at least at B2, reliability, responsibility, and stress resistance. The program starts on 01.01.2027 and offers a fixed monthly salary of €3,500.00 plus allowances, travel benefits, flexible scheduling, and health and development benefits.
