PSC Group is hiring a full-time Rail Switching Operator to work outdoors in an industrial facility, moving railcars safely and supporting logistics operations. The role includes reviewing track lists, organizing railcars, securing couplings, separating loaded and empty cars, weighing inbound and outbound cars, and performing additional rail operations duties. Experience is not required because paid on-the-job training is available, while a valid driver’s license or TWIC card may be required depending on the work location. The position requires regular on-site attendance, English fluency, and completion of drug, physical, and background checks, with an 8–12-hour day shift and some weekends required.
