PSC Group is hiring a full-time Rail Switching Technician to work outdoors in an industrial facility, moving railcars safely and supporting logistics operations. The role includes reviewing track lists, organizing railcars, securing couplings, separating loaded and empty cars, weighing inbound and outbound cars, and performing additional rail operations duties. Experience is not required because paid on-the-job training is available, and the position requires regular on-site attendance, a valid driver’s license or TWIC card depending on the work location, and successful drug, physical, and background screening. The Sunday–Thursday evening shift offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
