PSC Group is hiring a full-time Rail Switching Technician to work outdoors in an industrial facility, moving railcars safely and supporting logistics operations. The role includes reviewing track lists, organizing railcars, connecting and securing cars, separating loaded and empty cars, weighing inbound and outbound cars, and performing additional rail operations duties. Experience is not required because paid on-the-job training is available, and the position requires regular on-site attendance, a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule, and completion of drug, physical, and background checks.
